Welcome to Trench Bet. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, trenchbet.com, and all services offered at TrenchBet, including our casino games, sportsbook, esports markets and the Futures trading product. By creating an account, completing the TrenchBet login process, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.

1. Who We Are

Trench Bet is owned and operated by Lock In Capital Ltd, a company registered under number 16220 at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. We hold licence No. ALSI-202604039-FI2, issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, and we carry the AffPapa Seal of Compliance. These Terms are governed exclusively by the law in force in the state of Anjouan, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of that state. All communications and notices under these Terms are given in English, and the English version of these Terms prevails over any translation.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register an account with us. Registration must be completed personally, and you must accept these Terms before playing. We allow only one account per player. If we discover multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, whether opened directly or through a representative, relative, associate or affiliate, we will close all related accounts immediately. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, or shared, and funds cannot be moved between separate player accounts.

We require full identity verification (KYC) before granting any withdrawal request, once your lifetime deposits exceed 10,000 USD, or whenever a transaction is deemed suspicious. We may request a government-issued photo ID valid for at least three more months, a photo of you holding that ID, and a bank statement or utility bill issued within the last three months matching your registered name. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, a selfie or a verification call at any time.

3. Restricted Territories

We do not accept players from Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the Union of Comoros, the United Kingdom, the USA and its territories, any FATF blacklisted country, or any other jurisdiction we deem prohibited. Our KYC Policy also rejects identification documents issued by a broader list of countries, including but not limited to Australia, Cyprus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela and others specified in our full KYC Policy. It is your responsibility to confirm that using our services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Currencies, Deposits and Withdrawals

TrenchBet operates as a crypto-only platform, accepting 313 coins including USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, TRX, ADA, LTC, LINK, 1INCH and AAVE. All currencies available on our site are enabled automatically at registration, and your balance and transaction history are displayed in the currency actually used. Deposits made in a different currency are converted at the daily oanda.com rate or the prevailing rate of our payment processor.

The minimum deposit required to activate our welcome offer is 10 USD. Deposits must be made from an account, wallet or card registered in your own name, and require network confirmation before being credited. We absorb transaction fees on most deposits, though a 50 USD administration fee applies to any chargeback, denial or reversal of payment.

The minimum withdrawal is 20 USD or its equivalent, except upon account closure, where your full balance may be withdrawn without a minimum. All withdrawals must return to the original deposit method used; withdrawal to a different method is permitted only at our discretion and subject to additional security checks. Monthly withdrawal limits are set at 5,000 USD where your balance is at least ten times your total deposits, and 10,000 USD in all other cases. We reserve the right to cap total monthly withdrawals at 10,000 USD at our sole discretion, based on account history, verification status, risk assessment and source of funds, processing any excess in subsequent months. No withdrawal fee applies once a deposit has been rolled over at least once; otherwise, an 8% fee (minimum 4 USD) applies as an anti-money-laundering measure.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Our TrenchBet bonus offering begins with the Welcome Offer: a 100% deposit match up to 500 USD, requiring a minimum 10 USD deposit and 25x wagering, available on Originals and selected slots from Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming. Violation of this rule may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of funds.
